Canon EOS 1500D Auto Focus

Canon EOS 1500D Autofocus has 9-point AF support, 1 center cross type focus and screen focus is not fast enough. Autofocus is fast enough if you are using the viewfinder.

Continuous shooting speed is 3 FPS

Camera has focus hunting issues as all majority entry level DSLR depends only on contrast detection.

ISO Performance.

Performance of this camera is good at 800 ISO with acceptable noise result. At 1600 ISO level it is still good to upload pics on social media platform. The iso Range is 100-6400.

The color reproduction of Canon EOS 1500D is good. But not good for tracking video autofocus.

It is an entry level DSLR so the focusing is not that fast but if you need more fast focus than this camera is not for you and consider buying the mid-range one but for those who already have a mid-range DSLR and want a backup DSLR then you can consider this one.
